Examples of Executive Benefits in a sentence
Executive is entitled during the Employment Period to participate, on the same basis as the Company’s other senior executives, in the Company’s Standard Executive Benefits Package.
There is a $150 fee for the Executive Benefits Plan Endorsement if it is exercised during the first two Policy Years.
The Company’s “Standard Executive Benefits Package” means those benefits (including insurance, vacation and other benefits, but excluding, except as hereinafter provided in Section 6, any severance pay program or policy of the Company) for which substantially all of the executives of the Company are from time to time generally eligible, as determined from time to time by the Board.
The Company may in its sole discretion change the Senior Executive Benefits at any time; provided that, the Company shall maintain the benefits set forth on Annex A for a period of 12 months after the date hereof.
The deferred charges may be waived if the Executive Benefits Plan Endorsement is in effect.
