Execution Period definition

Execution Period means the period beginning from the date of issue of the Notice to proceed and ending on the Date of Completion of the Works.
Execution Period means the period in Business Days during which the Bank may effect a Conversion as determined by the Borrower in the Conversion Request Letter. The Execution Period starts from the day on which the Conversion Request Letter is received by the Bank.
