Exculpatory Provisions. (A) Neither the Disbursing Agent nor the Collateral Agent shall have any duties or obligations except those expressly set forth herein and in the other Loan Documents to which it is a party, and no implied covenants, duties, obligations or liabilities shall be read into this Agreement or any other Loan Documents on the part of either such Agent. The duties of the Disbursing Agent and the Collateral Agent hereunder and in each other Loan Document shall be administrative in nature.
