Exclusive Products definition

Exclusive Products means the Products designated on Schedule 3.2(a) as being subject to an exclusive relationship.

Exclusive Products means Products listed on Schedule A-1 that are manufactured and packaged in accordance with the Exclusive Product Specifications (hereinafter defined), along with any Improvements thereto.
