Exclusive Period definition

Exclusive Period means the period of time set forth in Section 2.2.

More Definitions of Exclusive Period

Exclusive Period means the period commencing on the Effective Date and continuing until the earlier of (i) the tenth anniversary of the first commercial sale of the Product in the last country in the Major Market in which the Product was introduced into commerce, or (ii) the fifteenth anniversary of the Effective Date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 12.2 hereof.
