Exclusive Market definition

Exclusive Market means all applications in which the Developed Products are used for the primary purpose of secure human identification, including, but not limited to, those used as an implantable device.
Exclusive Market means all retail stores in the Territory and all wholesalers serving those retail stores.
Exclusive Market means the State of Michigan.

  • Each Party shall notify the other Party if such Party learns of (i) any person or entity other than a member of the VeriChip Group marketing the Developed Products in the Exclusive Market or (ii) any party who is or may be infringing upon any of the Intellectual Property.
