Exclusive Antigen definition

Exclusive Antigen means collectively, the First Exclusive Antigen, the Second Exclusive Antigen and any Replacement Antigen.
Exclusive Antigen shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.1.

  • Schedule D to this Agreement will be amended from time to time to list the Designated Antigens and the Second Exclusive Antigen (including a description thereof) under this Agreement.

  • Genmab shall notify Medarex [***] prior the date of expiration of such payment obligations with respect to each Previously Sublicensed Medarex Exclusive Antigen.
