Exclusions List definition

Exclusions List has the meaning set forth in the definition of Violation.

Exclusions List means a standardised list setting out which types of deposits are excluded from protection under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (“FSCS”). FCA means the Financial Conduct Authority. Fixed Term Deposit Account means a fixed term deposit Account offered by us which provides a fixed rate of interest for a fixed period, with the features described in term 2.12.
