  • The minimum amount triggering the Exclusion Right and the amount of payment to which CKA Sub is entitled upon exercise of the Exclusion Right will be calculated by reference to the Specified Companies concerned, with each of the aggregate of the minimum amount triggering the Exclusion Right and the aggregate amount of payment to which CKA Sub is entitled upon exercise not to exceed HK$2,000 million and the CKA Consideration, respectively, as originally set out in the CKA Agreement.

  • Termination Right have the respective meanings given in the PRA Contractual Stay Rules.

  • Option Right means the right to purchase Common Shares upon exercise of an option granted pursuant to Section 4 of this Plan.
