Exclusion Deadline definition

Exclusion Deadline means twenty-eight (28) days prior to the initially scheduled hearing date on Final Approval.
Exclusion Deadline means the date that is one-hundred and twenty five (125) days after entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, or any other date set by the Court, by which Class Members must file any request for exclusion from the Settlement, in accordance with the procedures set forth herein and/or in any order of the Court.
