Exclusion definition

Exclusion means any denial of public school privileges to a student for disciplinary purposes.
Exclusion means an action taken by the school board to prevent enrollment or re-enrollment of a student for a period that shall not extend beyond the school year. The authority to exclude rests with the school board.

Examples of Exclusion in a sentence

  • Prior to the Objection and Exclusion Deadline, Settlement Class Members may, as provided below, submit to the Settlement Administrator a Request for Exclusion.

  • Settlement Class Members will have the opportunity to opt out of the Settlement by timely submitting a Request for Exclusion.
