Notwithstanding the foregoing, Recipient may transfer CRISPR Material to a third party under a contractual obliga- tion to perform research for the sole benefit of the Recipient, or to a third party that is a nonprofit performing collaborative research with the Recipient; provided, however, that any such CRISPR Material is accompanied by this Limited Use Label License. It is the Recipient’s responsibility to use the CRISPR Material in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
