Excluded Services definition

Excluded Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

Excluded Services has the meaning given in clause 3(c).

Excluded Services means those services provided by the licensee as part of its distribution business which, in accordance with special condition A2 (Scope of the charge restriction conditions), fall to be treated as excluded services.

Examples of Excluded Services in a sentence

• Additional Services means any additional services requested by the Customer from time to time including any varied services or the provision of any Excluded Services.

• In relation to any Additional Services, Excluded Services and Further Reports, Kadfire shall charge the Customer in accordance with the Price List and/or Terms & Conditions, or as is otherwise agreed between the parties in accordance with clause 13.

• ZEISS may provide Customer with certain additional services that are not part of the Services, including, without limitation, equipment relocation, data transfer support, damage coverage, mobile facility support, and any services which are either Excluded Services or other services as mutually agreed to by ZEISS and Customer (“Additional Services”).

More Definitions of Excluded Services

Excluded Services means those services provided by the licensee which in accordance with the principles set out in Part C of Schedule A fall to be treated as excluded services.

Excluded Services means those excluded services and support identified in the ‘Exclusions’ section of the Proposal.

Excluded Services means those services provided as part of the transmission business which in accordance with the principles set out in Part A of Schedule A fall to be treated as excluded services.
