Excluded Representations definition

Excluded Representations has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(a).

Excluded Representations means the representations and warranties set forth in (i) the last sentence of Section 5.01(b) (to the extent the representations and warranties set forth in such sentence relate to matters other than the Loan Documents), (ii) the last sentence of Section 5.01(e) and (iii) Sections 5.01(g), 5.01(h), 5.01(i) and 5.01(j).

Excluded Representations has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1.

Examples of Excluded Representations in a sentence

• China has polluted lands and wetlands and abandoned mining areas.

• The Receiving Party acknowledges that no reliance on any Excluded Representations has been made by it in entering into this deed.

More Definitions of Excluded Representations

Excluded Representations means the representations and warranties set forth in the last sentence of Section 4.01(e) and in Section 4.01(f)(i).
