Excluded Customer means Governmental Authorities, Distributor’s house accounts and other accounts listed in attached Schedule 2 (which Distributor may periodically update in its sole discretion), or a customer located outside of the Territory.

Mitsui may also deliver to NMG a First Look Notice when and if, it desires to introduce a customer (other than an Excluded Customer) to NMG.
More Definitions of Excluded Customer
Excluded Customer means any customer of Affirm who has obtained a product or service from Affirm outside of or unrelated to the Program.
