Excluded Activities definition

Excluded Activities means, collectively:
Excluded Activities means such activities as set out in Schedule 5 (Excluded Activities);
Excluded Activities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(b) hereof.

  • Licenses for Premium Seating shall specifically state that THBC shall have the right to utilize Premium Seating for Excluded Activities without giving prior notice to or obtaining consent from the licensee.

More Definitions of Excluded Activities

Excluded Activities means (i) engaging in professional sports of any kind, rock-climbing or mountaineering which requires the use of ropes or guides, potholing, parachuting, hand-gliding, organised team football (other than amateur football), or sub aqua diving; (ii) motor-cycling whether as driver or passenger, on machines exceeding 125cc or engaging in or practising for speed or time trial, sprints or racing of any kind (other than on foot); (iii) engaging in winter sports or the use of dry ski-slopes (unless the appropriate additional premium has been paid in which case the excluded activities are ski-racing, ski-jumping, ski-boarding, snow-boarding, ice hockey, and the use of bob sleighs or skeletons).
Excluded Activities means, with respect to the Company and the Subsidiaries, activities relating to insurance reserves, claims under, related to or in respect of insurance policies or any disputes related thereto, loss adjustments and loss adjustment expenses and reinsurance receivables, provided, however, that "Excluded Activities" shall not be deemed to include any (i) of the matters covered by the representations contained in Section 4.6, 4.9(c), 4.12 (to the extent it applies to Ridge Re) or 4.26 or other representations regarding Ridge Re or the Ridge Re Treaties or Ridge Re Endorsements or (ii) actions, suits, proceedings or claims pending by any governmental or regulatory authority to the extent based upon a violation of any law, statute, ordinance, rule or regulation.
Excluded Activities means (i) those activities of the Siemens’ division “Wind Power and Renewables” relating to the field of large and small hydro power plants, including the ownership of shares in Voith Hydro Holding GmbH & Co KG (Heidenheim, Germany), Voith Hydro Holding Verwaltungs GmbH (Heidenheim, Germany) and Atlantis Resources Limited (UK) (ii) the business carried out by any of the following legal entities in their respective jurisdictions: Siemens Servicios S.A. de CV (Mexico), Siemens EOOD (Bulgaria) and Siemens S.A. (Portugal) and (iii) for the avoidance of doubt, the business of holding (minority) equity interests in, and financing of, special purpose vehicles incorporated for the purposes of developing, constructing and commissioning of wind farms as, amongst other activities, carried on by Siemens Financial Services GmbH and its direct and indirect subsidiaries.
Excluded Activities means using the Licensed Technology to design, seek regulatory approval for, sell, or otherwise commercialize any product whose primary purpose is diagnosing, preventing, treating, and/or curing blindness due to retinal degenerative disease.
