Exchangeable Debentures definition

Exchangeable Debentures means the $207 million aggregate principal amount 2.25% Senior Exchangeable Debentures due 2016. “Exchangeable Debenture” means one of the debentures comprising the Exchangeable Debentures.
Exchangeable Debentures means one or more 1.0% Exchangeable Senior Debentures due 2047, issued by the Company pursuant to the Exchangeable Debentures Indenture.
Exchangeable Debentures means any Exchangeable Debentures due 2009 issued in exchange for Exchangeable Preferred Stock.
