Exchange Loan definition

Exchange Loan means a loan from the Borrower or a Top Tier Guarantor to FIG Corp. for the purpose of facilitating an exchange by the Principals of equity in the Top Tier Guarantors for equity in Public FIG.
Exchange Loan is a loan to the EAT, from the Exchange Owner or the Exchange Owner Affiliate, in an amount which, when added to the proceeds of the Loan, will allow the EAT to cause the Borrower to acquire the Mortgaged Property in connection with the Reverse Tax-Deferred Exchange.
Exchange Loan. With respect to any Permitted Exchange Property, the sum of funds lent by the applicable Taxpayer to the applicable Permitted Exchange Property Owner for the acquisition of such Permitted Exchange Property in connection with the applicable Reverse Exchange, including any additional sums that may be added to the balance of such loan pursuant to the Exchange Loan Documents to fund operations during the duration of the Reverse Exchange.
