Exchange Act Reporting Company means any corporation or other entity which is subject to the reporting requirements of the Exchange Act.

  • Rapidly report means within 72 hours of discovery of any cyber incident.

  • 1933 Act Regulations means the rules and regulations of the Commission under the 1933 Act.
