Exchange Act Documents means all forms, proxy statements, registration statements, reports, schedules, and other documents, including all certifications and statements required by the Exchange Act or Section 906 of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act with respect to any report that is an Exchange Act Document, filed, or required to be filed, by a Party or any of its Subsidiaries with any Regulatory Authority pursuant to the Securities Laws.

Exchange Act Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 3.21 of the Agreement.

Exchange Act Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.4 of this CVR Agreement.

Examples of Exchange Act Documents in a sentence

• The other financial information contained in the Exchange Act Documents has been prepared on a basis consistent with the financial statements of the Company.

• The Company owns the entire equity interest in each of its Subsidiaries, free and clear of any pledge, lien, security interest, encumbrance, claim or equitable interest, other than as described in the Exchange Act Documents.
