Excessive Absenteeism definition

Excessive Absenteeism. This is more than one day off per month over a period of time for other than scheduled vacations or a pattern of absenteeism such as every Friday or every day prior to a holiday.
Excessive Absenteeism means any absences that exceed the guidelines established in this regulation and/or negatively impact departmental/school operations, as determined by the supervisor.
Excessive Absenteeism means an employee’s absenteeism exceeds a benchmark set by the employer. This is often an organization-or department-wide average.

Examples of Excessive Absenteeism in a sentence

  • Excessive Absenteeism and Tardiness Students who are consistently absent or tardy may incur academic and behavior consequences.

It does not include, unless specifically designated as controlled under section 124.201, the dextrorotatory isomer of 3-methoxy-n-methylmorphinan and its salts (dextromethorphan). It does include its racemic and levorotatory forms.

  • Excused absence means an absence from school that is authorized by the local school administrator or local school corporation rule.

  • Explosives or munitions emergency response means all immediate response activities by an explosives and munitions emergency response specialist to control, mitigate, or eliminate the actual or potential threat encountered during an explosives or munitions emergency. An explosives or munitions emergency response may include in-place render-safe procedures, treatment or destruction of the explosives or munitions and/or transporting those items to another location to be rendered safe, treated, or destroyed. Any reasonable delay in the completion of an explosives or munitions emergency response caused by a necessary, unforeseen, or uncontrollable circumstance will not terminate the explosives or munitions emergency. Explosives and munitions emergency responses can occur on either public or private lands and are not limited to responses at RCRA facilities.

  • Rubbing alcohol means any product containing isopropyl alcohol (also called isopropanol) or denatured ethanol and labeled for topical use, usually to decrease germs in minor cuts and scrapes, to relieve minor muscle aches, as a rubefacient, and for massage.

  • Alcohol means the intoxicating agent in beverage alcohol, ethyl alcohol, or other low molecular weight alcohols including methyl and isopropyl alcohol.
