Excess Volume definition

Excess Volume means volume in excess of Buyer’s nominated volume, as described in Article 3.1.
Excess Volume shall have the meaning set forth in Section VI.B.i.
Excess Volume has the meaning given in clause 8.1.2.1.

  • In any Month that Xxxxxxx’s Allocated Volume exceeds its Monthly Volume in accordance with the Tariff, not including any Make-Up Volumes pursuant to ARTICLE 8 (such excess volume being the “Excess Volume”), Shipper shall pay to Carrier on the Payment Due Date an amount equal to the product obtained by multiplying the Uncommitted Toll by the Excess Volume.

More Definitions of Excess Volume

Excess Volume means monthly volume of Hydrogen in excess of the Committed Volume that CRNF purchases from CRRM, up to the maximum set forth in Annex B to this Exhibit B.
