Excess Spread Amount definition

Excess Spread Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the portion, if any, of Available Amounts for such Payment Date remaining after giving effect to the payments made pursuant to clauses (i) through (viii) under Section 8.3(a) of the Indenture with respect to any Payment Date prior to an Event of Default.
Excess Spread Amount means, with respect to a Distribution Date, the excess of the Spread Account Balance (after giving effect to all deposits to, and withdrawals from the Spread Account on such Distribution Date, other than withdrawals pursuant to Section 5.06(c)) over the Specified Spread Account Balance.
Excess Spread Amount shall have the meaning set forth in the applicable Indenture Supplement.

Excess Spread Amount means, for the DiscoverSeries for any Distribution Date, the difference, whether positive or negative, between
Excess Spread Amount means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the aggregate amount of Card Series Finance Charge Amounts (exclusive of any amounts to be treated as Card Series Finance Charge Amounts pursuant to Section 3.04(a)(v)) minus the sum of the amounts, without duplication, determined pursuant to Sections 3.01(a) through (g).
Excess Spread Amount. With respect to any Payment Date, the fraction, expressed as a percentage, equal to (x) (i) 12 multiplied by (ii) the sum of the Available Funds for the related Payment Date which remain on deposit in the Collection Account after taking into account the distributions listed in clauses (i) through (vii) of Section 8.7(d) of the Indenture with respect to such Payment Date divided by (y) the Pool Balance as of such Payment Date.
Excess Spread Amount for the Class A Notes and Class B Notes of a Series means, such portion of the Series Available Amount available to pay the Class C Noteholders of such Series which is specified in the Supplement related to such Series of Notes. "Excluded Amounts" means (i) any collections on deposit in the Collection Account or otherwise received by the Servicer on or with respect to the Contract Pool or related Equipment, which collections are attributable to any taxes, fees or other charges imposed by any Governmental Authority, (ii) any collections representing reimbursements of insurance premiums or payments for services that were not financed by the Financing Originator and (iii) any proceeds from the sale or other disposition of Equipment in excess of the difference between (x) the Discounted Contract Balance of the related Contract as of the applicable Cutoff Date, over (y) the present value as of the applicable Cutoff Date of all amounts actually received by the Trust in respect of such Contract, discounted monthly at the applicable Series Discount Rate.
Excess Spread Amount means, for this Series for any Distribution Date, the amount of Series Finance Charge Amounts remaining after step (16) (Current Charge-offs from Series Finance Charge Amounts) of Section 3.01 minus an amount equal to income earned on all funds on deposit in the Interest Funding Account and the Accumulation Reserve Account (including all subaccounts of such accounts) (net of investment expenses and losses) for the period from and including the prior Distribution Date to but excluding such Distribution Date.
