Excess Requirements definition

Excess Requirements shall have the meaning, in respect of a Series, specified in Section 6.7(2).

  • If the aggregate of Excess Requirements for all Series on a Business Day exceeds the amount of Excess Collections on the Business Day, Excess Collections will be distributed pro rata among the applicable Series based on the relative amounts of their Excess Requirements.

  • Safety Requirements means Prudent Electrical Practices, CPUC General Order No. 167, Contractor Safety Program Requirements, and all applicable requirements of Law, PG&E, the Utility Distribution Company, the Transmission Provider, Governmental Approvals, the CAISO, CARB, NERC and WECC.
