Excess materials definition

Excess materials means any materials which have a remaining useful life but which are no longer required by the using school district in possession of the materials.
Excess materials means Raw Materials on hand and ordered consistent with AMO's forecast at the agreed upon lead times and for which the forecasted use is in excess of twelve (12) months. This would be a result of cancellations, reschedules or other changes caused by AMO.
Excess materials. Unique Materials on hand and ordered consistent with Buyer's forecast at agreed-upon leadtimes and for which the forecasted use is in excess of thirteen (13) weeks resulting from Buyer's cancellations, reschedules or other delays or changes caused by Buyer.
