EXCESS GROSS definition

EXCESS GROSS. REVENUES" shall mean, with respect to any Lease Year, or portion thereof, the amount of Gross Revenues for such Lease Year, or portion thereof, in excess of Base Gross Revenues for the equivalent period during the Base Year.
