Excess Gas definition

Excess Gas means those proved reserves of gas owned or controlled by Redwood from the Rodessa/Sligo Interval in the MRF which are in excess of those proved reserves of gas required to support production of eighteen million cubic feet of gas per day (18,000 Mcf/d) during each of the Contract Years remaining under the Initial Term of this Agreement.

Examples of Excess Gas in a sentence

  • COUNTY shall have the right to take or otherwise use Excess Gas, with the approval of XXXXXXXX POWER.

  • Excess Gas shall be recovered in such a manner so as not to negatively impact XXXXXXXX POWER’s operations or production and sales of Flare Products or Covered Products.

  • In the event the recovery of such Excess Gas is required to comply with Applicable Law, COUNTY and XXXXXXXX POWER agree to work together to develop Collection System additions, operational methods, and techniques in order for COUNTY to meet Applicable Law, subject to the payment obligations set forth in Section 1.9(d).

More Definitions of Excess Gas

Excess Gas has the meaning set out in Article 6.9.3.
Excess Gas means Gas delivered by Seller at any Receipt Point during a Month that is greater than the Nominated Quantity at such Receipt Point for such Month.
