Excess Concentration Amount definition

Excess Concentration Amount means, as of any date of determination on which any one or more of the Concentration Limitations are exceeded, an amount (calculated by the Servicer and without duplication) equal to the Dollar Equivalent of the portion of the Adjusted Principal Balance of each Eligible Collateral Loan that causes such Concentration Limitation to be exceeded.
Excess Concentration Amount means, as of the most recent Measurement Date (and after giving effect to all Collateral Obligations to be purchased or sold by the Borrower on such date), the sum, without duplication, of the following amounts, in each case multiplied by the Discount Factor applicable to each such individual Collateral Obligation:
