Excess Collection Account definition

Excess Collection Account has the meaning specified in Section 3.1(a) of this Series Supplement.
Excess Collection Account has the meaning specified in Section 2.1(b) of this Supplement. "SERIES 2000-1 EXPECTED FINAL DISTRIBUTION DATE" means the July 2003 Distribution Date. "SERIES 2000-1 FINAL DISTRIBUTION DATE" means the July 2004 Distribution Date. "SERIES 2000-1 INITIAL INVESTED AMOUNT" means the aggregate initial principal amount of the Series 2000-1 Notes, which is $250,000,000. "SERIES 2000-1 INTEREST PERIOD" means a period commencing on and including a Distribution Date and ending on and including the day preceding the next succeeding Distribution Date; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the initial Series 2000-1 Interest Period shall commence on and include the Series 2000-1 Closing Date and end on and include May 19, 2000.

Examples of Excess Collection Account in a sentence

  • Upon receipt by the Trustee of a Waiver Request (a copy of which the Trustee shall promptly provide to the Rating Agencies), all amounts which would otherwise be allocated to the Series 2010-6 Excess Collection Account (collectively, the “Designated Amounts”) from the date the Trustee receives a Waiver Request through the Consent Period Expiration Date will be held by the Trustee in the Series 2010-6 Collection Account for ratable distribution as described below.

  • If the Requisite Noteholders do not timely consent to such waiver, the Designated Amounts will be re-allocated to the Series 2010-6 Excess Collection Account for allocation and distribution in accordance with the terms of the Indenture and the Related Documents.

Related to Excess Collection Account

  • Principal Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Principal Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Interest Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Interest Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Collection Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • Principal Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).

  • Interest Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).

  • Excess Collections shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.8(a)(xv) of the Indenture.

  • Master Servicer Collection Account The trust account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.02, which shall be denominated "JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee f/b/o holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments Inc., Bear Stearns ARM Trust, Mortgage Pass- Thrxxxx Xxrtificates, Series 2003-1 - Master Servicer Collection Account." The Master Servicer Collection Account shall be an Eligible Account.

  • Distribution Account Deposit Date As to any Distribution Date, 12:30 p.m. Pacific time on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Distribution Accounts Collectively, the Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Excess Interest Distribution Account (and in each case any subaccount thereof), all of which may be subaccounts of a single Eligible Account.

  • Excess Loss Account has the meaning set forth in Reg. Section 1.1502-19.

  • Principal Distribution Account means the account by that name established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.1 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Funding Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Excess Interest Distribution Account The trust account or subaccount created and maintained by the Certificate Administrator pursuant to Section 3.05(e) of this Agreement in trust for the Holders of the Excess Interest Certificates, which (subject to changes in the identities of the Certificate Administrator and/or the Trustee) shall be entitled “Citibank, N.A., as Certificate Administrator, on behalf of Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Trustee, for the benefit of the registered Holders of Citigroup Commercial Mortgage Trust 2019-C7, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2019-C7, Class S – Excess Interest Distribution Account.” Any such account shall be an Eligible Account. The Excess Interest Distribution Account shall be held solely for the benefit of the Holders of the Excess Interest Certificates. The Excess Interest Distribution Account shall not be an asset of any Trust REMIC, but rather shall be an asset of the Grantor Trust.

  • Reserve Account Excess Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (a) the amount of cash or other immediately available funds in the Reserve Account (excluding any net investment earnings) on that Payment Date, after giving effect to all deposits to and withdrawals from the Reserve Account on such Payment Date, over (b) the Specified Reserve Account Balance with respect to such Payment Date.

  • Servicing Account The account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 3.09.

  • Custodial Account The separate account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.04.

  • Distribution Account means the Bank Account (which may be a current, saving or deposit account) maintained by the Trustee with a Bank as directed by the Management Company in which the amount required for distribution of income to the Unit Holder(s) shall be transferred. Interest, income or profit, if any, including those accruing on unclaimed dividends, in this account shall be transferred to the main account of the Fund from time to time, as part of the Trust Property for the benefit of the Unit Holder(s).

  • Available Reserve Account Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such date (before giving effect to any deposit to be made to the Reserve Account on such date) and (b) the Required Reserve Account Amount.

  • Concentration Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(c).

  • Principal Account as set forth in the Standard Terms and Conditions of Trust shall be replaced with the term "Capital Account."

  • Cash Reserve Account means an Eligible Deposit Account established in the name of the Trust and designated as the Cash Reserve Account for the purposes hereof, the balance of which shall be subject to the control of the Trust for the benefit of the Trust and the Seller and applied in accordance with the terms hereof, which account shall bear interest and shall initially be account number [*], maintained at [*];
