Such calculation will be set forth in an Officer’s Certificate delivered to the Administrative Agent setting forth the amount, if any, of Excess Cash Flow for such Excess Cash Flow Period, the amount of any required prepayment in respect thereof and the calculation thereof in reasonable detail.
