Excess Aggregate Contribution definition

Excess Aggregate Contribution means the amount contributed by or on behalf of a Highly Compensated Employee in excess of the ACP Test limit, as specified in Plan section 6.5.
Excess Aggregate Contribution means, for each contributor, the amount by which that contributor's aggregate contribution exceeds that contributor's allowable aggregate contribution.

Excess Aggregate Contribution means, with respect to any Plan Year, the excess of:
