Exceptions List definition

Exceptions List means all errors, defects and issues relating to the Products and/or Services which result from the Supplier’s failure to adhere to the Specification which may be identified by RTÉ during the Warranty Period and without prejudice to RTÉ’s other rights under these Conditions.
Exceptions List. With respect to the sale of Servicing Rights and the related Sale Date, a list prepared by the Purchaser and delivered to the Seller for each Mortgage Loan that has a document exception, because the related Mortgage File is missing any loan document required to be included therein pursuant to Exhibit A attached hereto.

  • No later than the fifth Business Day of each month, commencing the first month following the month in which the Closing Date occurs, the Custodian shall deliver to each Servicer (or such other party responsible for recordation of any Mortgages and/or assignments as specified in the related Servicing Agreement), and the Depositor in hard copy format (and, if requested, in electronic format), the Exceptions List, updated to remove exceptions cured since the Closing Date.
