Examples of Exceptional Case in a sentence
You are authorised, under this Contract, to apply for an Exceptional Case in respect of Controlled Work in accordance with the procedures set out in the Procedure Regulations.
If the case later becomes an Exceptional Case you may not charge privately for any work which becomes payable under Legal Aid pursuant to a determination under section 10 of the Act.
You are authorised, under this Contract, to be paid in accordance with the Remuneration Regulations for any Exceptional Case that you undertake under this Section 4.
You are authorised, under this Contract, to apply for an Exceptional Case in respect of Licensed Work in accordance with the procedures set out in the Procedure Regulations.

If Exceptional Case Funding (ECF) is authorised under Controlled Work, the outcome of the case will be reported in CWA.
Exceptional Case: you do not have the power to make a determination under section 10 of the Act.
Payment for any Exceptional Case will also be made in accordance with the provisions of this Specification and the Remuneration Regulations.
