Exception Entry definition

Exception Entry means an ACH Entry that does not match an authorized ACH Entry posted by Company to the Authorized Account in accordance with Section 7 below.
Exception Entry means an ACH Entry that is blocked or filtered as provided in Schedule A (attached to this Appendix).

  • The Pay Request shall identify each Exception Entry that Company desires to be paid and shall instruct Bank to pay such Exception Entry.

  • Exception: Entry doors to acute care hospital bedrooms for inpatients shall be exempted from the requirement in 521 CMR 26.6, Maneuvering Clearance if the door opening is at least 44 inches (44" = 1118mm) wide.

  • Exception: Entry fees will only be refunded if the event that you registered for is cancelled by the Intramural Sports staff.

  • Exception: Entry through unrestricted ground level openings into flat storage struc- tures in which there are no toxicity, flammability, oxygen-deficiency, or other atmospheric hazards is covered by paragraph (h) of this section.

  • Anchor location means the physical location from which:

  • Stationary Play Equipment means equipment such as a climber, slide, swing, merry-go-round, or spring rocker that is meant to stay in one location when a child uses it. Stationary play equipment does not include:

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system.   • Warehouse receipt means a document of title issued by a person engaged in the business of storing goods for hire.

  • DRIVER / OPERATOR means an individual possessing sound mental and physical health who must be in possession of an appropriate professional Driving License and

  • Conditional Access means control mechanisms, data structures and commands that scramble and encrypt signals in order to provide selective access and denial of specific channels, data, information or services to paying Subscribers.

  • Operational Acceptance means the acceptance by the Procuring Entity of the Facilities (or any part of the Facilities where the Contract provides for acceptance of the Facilities in parts), which certifies the Contractor's fulfillment of the Contract in respect of Functional Guarantees of the Facilities (or the relevant part thereof) in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 28 (Functional Guarantees) hereof and shall include deemed acceptance in accordance with GCC Clause 25 (Commissioning and Operational Acceptance) hereof.

  • Functional Acknowledgement means an acknowledgement Message by the receiving party’s computer software application which automatically confirms the receipt of a Message at the moment of receipt;

  • Replacement Sub-Contractor means a sub-contractor of the Replacement Supplier to whom Transferring Supplier Employees will transfer on a Service Transfer Date (or any sub-contractor of any such sub-contractor);

  • Replacement Equipment means operational equipment or other parts used by Tenant to replace any of the Equipment.

  • Owner/Operator means a requirement applies to the owner and/or operator of a TRU or TRU gen set, as determined by agreement or contract between the parties if the two are separate business entities.

  • AOA means the American Osteopathic Association.

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.
