Examination definition

Examination means an inquiry into a specific element of or process related to bills for services performed under this Agreement. Either party (the “Requesting Party”) may perform one (1) Audit per twelve (12) month period commencing with the Effective Date, with the assistance of the other Party, which will not be unreasonably withheld. The Audit period will include no more than the preceding twelve (12) month period as of the date of the Audit request. The Requesting Party may perform Examinations, as it deems necessary, with the assistance of the other Party, which will not be unreasonably withheld.
Examination means any of the tests used by the board to determine minimum competency prior to the issuance of a barber or barber instructor license.

The Parties shall select such auditor(s) by the thirtieth day following Audited Party's receipt of a written audit notice. The Auditing Party shall cause the auditor(s) to execute a nondisclosure agreement in a form agreed upon by the Parties.
Examination means any device or procedure used in the selection process to measure applicant abilities and suitability for a position including, but not limited to, oral interviews, written tests, performance tests, and an evaluation of education and experience.
