Ex Officio Member definition

Ex Officio Member means a non-voting, non-dues paying member of the Council that is not a party to this Agreement.

Ex Officio Member means an individual, by right of office, (holding one position by virtue of holding another) who is granted the right to sit as a member, is entitled to vote, make motions, and does not form part of the quorum.
