Interested parties may petition the Governing Board to become Ex Officio Members.
For every two governmental Members of the Commission, one Ex Officio Member position will be added to the Governing Board.
The Commission will engage in a continuing planning process that involves the Members, the Ex Officio Members, other governmental entities and the community to guide development of the river and public and private facilities within the Jordan River Blueprint Study Area.
Membership of the Governing Board shall be made up of the signatories to this Agreement and as noted in Appendix 1 of this Agreement and such Ex Officio members as are admitted pursuant to Section 5.4. These Members shall have voting rights as noted in this Agreement.
Ex Officio Members shall be selected from other interested parties including recreation organizations; water user organizations; and other public or non governmental organizations.
