Ex officio definition

Ex officio means membership “by virtue of office” and includes all rights, responsibilities, and power to vote unless otherwise specified;
Ex officio means service as a member of a body by virtue of an office or position held and, unless otherwise expressly provided, means without voting rights.
Ex officio means service as a member of a committee or other body by virtue of an office or a position held. Unless otherwise specified in these Bylaws, an Ex Officio member shall serve as a non-voting member.
