Ex-Date definition

Ex-Date means the first date on which the Common Stock trades on the Relevant Stock Exchange, regular way, without the right to receive the issuance, dividend or distribution in question from the Company or, if applicable, from the seller of Common Stock on the Relevant Stock Exchange (in the form of due bills or otherwise) as determined by the Relevant Stock Exchange.
Ex-Date when used with respect to any issuance or distribution, means the first date on which the Common Stock or other securities trade without the right to receive the issuance or distribution giving rise to an adjustment to the Conversion Price pursuant to Section 10.
Ex-Date means the first date on which the Common Stock trades on the applicable exchange or in the applicable market, regular way, without the right to receive the issuance, dividend or distribution in question from the Company or, if applicable, from the seller of the Common Stock on such exchange or market (in the form of due bills or otherwise) as determined by such exchange or market.

Ex-Date means, when used with respect to any issuance of or distribution in respect of the Common Stock or any other securities, the first date on which the Common Stock or such other securities trade without the right to receive such issuance or distribution.
