Evidence of coverage means any certificate, agreement or contract issued to an enrollee setting out the coverage to which the enrollee is entitled.
Payoff Letters has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6.
Financing has the meaning set forth in Section 5.7.

Commitment Letters has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.
Evidence of Insurability means a statement of proof of your medical history upon which acceptance for insurance will be determined by Liberty.

Title Insurance An American Land Title Association (ALTA) mortgage loan title policy form 1970, or other form of Title Insurance Policy acceptable to FNMA or FHLMC, including all riders and endorsements thereto, insuring that the Security Instrument constitutes a valid first lien on the related Mortgaged Property subject only to permitted encumbrances.
Title insurance agent means an agent licensed in this Commonwealth to solicit, negotiate, procure,
Title Insurance Policies means, with respect to each Individual Property, an ALTA mortgagee title insurance policy in a form acceptable to Lender (or, if an Individual Property is in a State which does not permit the issuance of such ALTA policy, such form as shall be permitted in such State and acceptable to Lender) issued with respect to such Individual Property and insuring the lien of the Mortgage encumbering such Individual Property.
Loan and Security Agreement “thereunder”, “thereof” or similar words referring to the Loan Agreement shall mean and be a reference to this Agreement and (b) each reference in the Financing Agreements to a “Note” or “Revolving Credit Note” shall mean and be a Revolving Credit Note as defined in this Agreement.
Title Insurance Policy A title insurance policy maintained with respect to a Mortgage Loan.
Request regarding a statement of account means a record authenticated by a debtor requesting that the recipient approve or correct a statement indicating what the debtor believes to be the aggregate amount of unpaid obligations secured by collateral as of a specified date and reasonably identifying the transaction or relationship that is the subject of the request.
Property Reinvestment Application means, with respect to any Asset Sale, the application of an amount equal to the Net Proceeds Amount with respect to such Asset Sale to the acquisition by the Borrower or any Subsidiary of operating assets of the Borrower or such Subsidiary to be used in the principal business of such Person as conducted immediately prior to such Asset Sale.
Commitment Letter has the meaning set forth in Section 5.7.
Licensure by endorsement means the issuance of an Iowa license to practice as a barber to an applicant who is or has been licensed in another state.
Financing Statement means a record or records composed of an initial financing statement and any filed record relating to the initial financing statement.
UCC Financing Statements means the UCC financing statement executed in connection with each Pledge Agreement and the other Loan Documents and filed in the applicable filing offices.
Borrower Security Agreement means the Security Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between Borrower and the Agent.
UCC Financing Statement A financing statement filed, or to be filed, pursuant to the UCC.
Auto-Reinstatement Letter of Credit has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(b)(iv).
Intercompany Loan Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
Disbursement Letter means an instructional letter executed and delivered by Administrative Borrower to Agent regarding the extensions of credit to be made on the Closing Date, the form and substance of which is satisfactory to Agent.
Financing Statements The meaning specified in Section 9-102(a)(39) of the UCC.
Second Lien Security Agreement means the Second Lien Security Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among the Initial Borrower, the Parent Borrower, certain Subsidiaries of the Parent Borrower from time to time party thereto and the Second Lien Notes Collateral Agent, as amended, restated, waived, restructured, renewed, extended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time or as replaced in connection with any Refinancing, extension, refunding or replacement of the Second Lien Notes Indenture.
