Evidence of Completion definition

Evidence of Completion means a document issued by the Division to an individual who successfully completes a standardized course of instruction.
Evidence of Completion means an official transcript, student grade report, or board−approved certificate showing sat- isfactory completion of education programs or courses.
Evidence of Completion means, collectively, the following documents relating to the applicable Phase: (a) a certificate of occupancy for the applicable Phase for the Applicable Phase Purpose; (b) any and all other permits which Landlord is obligated to obtain to deliver the Applicable Phase Landlord Work in compliance with the Phasing Plan, and which are necessary for the occupancy and operation of the Phase for the Applicable Phase Purpose (provided that, Tenant is responsible for any and all permits required to operate the Premises for the Permitted Use in accordance with Section 4.2); and (c) a certificate from Landlord’s architect stating that the Landlord Work for such Phase has been completed in accordance with the requirements of Section 1.2.2 of the Lease, subject to Landlord’s completion of the Punch List items.

Related to Evidence of Completion

  • Notice of Completion means a document issued by the Department or Delegated Agency at the end of project construction when all items and conditions of the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan have been satisfied, post construction verification documents demonstrate that the stormwater management systems have been constructed in accordance with the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan, and final stabilization of disturbed areas on the site has been achieved.

  • Time of Completion means the time for completing the execution of and passing the Tests on Completion of the Works of any section or part thereof as stated in the Contract (or as extended under Clause...) calculated from the Commencement Date

  • Certificate of Completion means the certificate of completion given by the Engineer-in-charge pursuant to clause 40 of these conditions;

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Statement of Compliance means the statement forming part of a Tender indicating the Bidders compliance with the Specification.
