Event Type means a given type of event defined by an event name and an event code, including the types defined in Appendix A of this Regulation, as amended;
Event Type. Wedding Event Date: Rental Period (hereafter referred to as EVENT HOURS): to Approximate number of Guests: RENTAL PERIOD CLIENT will have access to Lizton Lodge for a 10-hour rental period the day of your event and a 2-hour rehearsal to be scheduled 30 days before your event date based on availability. Additional hours can be added to the beginning of your 10-hour rental time at a rate of $250/hr. Standard Friday + Saturday Rental Time: 12 pm - 10 pm Standard Sunday Rental Time: 11 am - 9 pm Reception end time must be no later than 10 pm for Friday + Saturday events and no later than 9 pm for Sunday events. You will have an hour after your rented time designated for tear down/clean up. COST OF EQUIPMENT/SERVICES Total Cost of Event: PAYMENT SCHEDULE Payment Schedule Based Upon Payment for events are 25% at time of signing, 25% six months prior to the event date, 25% three months prior to the event date, the 25% balance payable one month prior to the event date. A receipt from Lizton Lodge will be provided for each. DAMAGE TO FACILITY OR EXCESSIVE CLEANUP COSTS CLIENT understands and agrees that CLIENT is responsible for the cost of damages and missing equipment caused by CLIENT, CLIENT’s guests and vendors. Damages include but are not limited to landscape, walls, oors, furniture, games, toys, decor and electronic equipment. Damage to facility in any form will be photographed by Lizton Lodge and a formal repair/cleaning cost invoice will be submitted to CLIENT.
