Event Ticket definition

Event Ticket means an admission ticket(s) or registration fee for an Event/s such as sports, performing arts, camps, tournaments, or other similar Events.
Event Ticket means an admission ticket for: [an event such as sports, performing arts, or other similar events for one specific day and time] [or] [a multi-day or multi-event admission ticket to a series of events such as season tickets for sports, performing arts, or other similar events]. [Series tickets for a regular sporting season do not include [postseason] [or] [play-offs] unless indicated in the Confirmation.]]
Event Ticket means any physical, electronic, or other form of a certificate, document, voucher, token, or other evidence indicating that the bearer, possessor, or person entitled to possession through purchase or otherwise has either a revocable or irrevocable right, privilege, or license to enter an event venue or occupy a particular seat or area in a venue with respect to one or more events or an entitlement to purchase that right, privilege, or license with respect to one or more future events.

  • Except where required by law or in accordance with Live Performance Australia’s Ticketing Code Of Practice, there will be no refund of any Event Tickets or for any unused portion of an Event Ticket.

  • Any complimentary Event Tickets provided by the Promoter may not, without the prior written consent of the Promoter, be sold, transferred or used by anyone other than the person whose name is on the Event Ticket or to which the Event Ticket is registered.

  • You are responsible for checking all Event information and ensuring you have purchased the correct Event Ticket for the Event.

  • Your Event Ticket must be presented upon arriving at the Event Site where it will be exchanged for a wristband.

  • Your purchase of an Event Ticket does not guarantee admission to Restricted Capacity Areas where the maximum capacity has been reached.

  • Event Tickets Entry to the Event Site will be granted upon presentation of a bar-coded Event Ticket.

  • If the name on, or registered to, your Event Ticket does not match the name on your photographic identification documents, your Event Ticket will be invalid and you will be refused entry to the Event.

  • Upon entry to the Event Site, Event Staff will check to ensure the name on your photographic identification documents matches the name on, or registered to, your Event Ticket.

  • This includes but is not limited to where there has been a variation to the Event, if you are refused entry to or evicted from the Event Site or VIP Areas by the Promoter or Event Staff in accordance with the Event Terms, if you fail to attend the Event, if you arrive after the commencement of the Event, if you leave the Event Site prior to the conclusion of the Event, or if you purchase the incorrect type of Event Ticket.

  • If an Event Ticket is sold or offered for re-sale or used in breach of this condition, the Event Ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the holder of the Event Ticket may be refused admission or evicted from the Event.


More Definitions of Event Ticket

Event Ticket means a document containing the compulsory details (conditions) set by the current law of the Russian Federation and a unique barcode, certifying the right of the Event Ticket Holder or any other person presenting the Event Ticket, to attend the Event.

  • Universal Digital Loop Carrier (UDLC means the DLC system that has a CO terminal channel bank that is connected to the CO switches on the analog side.

  • Data Loss Event means any event that results, or may result, in unauthorised access to Personal Data held by the Contractor under this Agreement, and/or actual or potential loss and/or destruction of Personal Data in breach of this Agreement, including any Personal Data Breach.

  • Client Terminal means the MetaTrader program version 4 and/or 5, which is used by the Client in order to obtain information of financial markets (which content is defined by the Company) in real-time, to make technical analysis of the markets, make Transactions, place/modify/delete Orders, as well as to receive notices from the Company.   • Data Processing Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware, or computer software (and the lease or licensing agreements related thereto) other than Personal Computers, owned or leased by the Failed Bank at Bank Closing, which is, was, or could have been used by the Failed Bank in connection with data processing activities.

  • Excluded Receivable means all indebtedness and other obligations owed to Originator or in which Originator has a security interest or other interest (including, without limitation, any indebtedness, obligation or interest constituting an account, chattel paper, instrument or general intangible) arising in connection with the sale of merchandise or the rendering of services by Originator and further includes, without limitation, the obligation to pay any Finance Charges with respect thereto:

  • Host At Destination means the person with whom the Insured is sharing prearranged overnight accommodations in the host's home.

  • Designated reception site means the designated place for the reception, staging, integration, and onward movement of contractors deploying during a contingency. The designated reception site includes assigned joint reception centers and other Service or private reception sites.

  • Widely attended event means an event at which at least 25 persons have been invited to attend or there is a reasonable expectation that at least 25 persons will attend the event and the event is open to individuals (i) who are members of a public, civic, charitable or professional organization, (ii) who are from a particular industry or profession or (iii) who represent persons interested in a particular issue.

  • Diluted Receivable means a Pool Receivable the entire or partial Unpaid Balance of which is reduced or cancelled due to Dilution.

  • Event Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(d).

  • Emergency Downtime means downtime during critical patch deployment and critical operating system upgrades as described in the Supplement.

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • Delinquency Event A Delinquency Event shall have occurred with respect to any Distribution Date if the Rolling Three Month Delinquency Rate as of the last day of the immediately preceding calendar month equals or exceeds 53.00% of the Senior Enhancement Percentage for such Distribution Date.
