Customer shall carefully safeguard the Online Training and any Course documentation that has been made available to the Customer or Training Event participants, to prevent their misuse.
Participant agrees that they have no expectation of privacy or confidentiality with respect to the Event (including, without limitation, any “private” interactions with other Event participants and/or guests) and that Participation in the Event shall at all times be subject to these Terms of Service and may be monitored by Management without notice.
Without limiting the foregoing, Exhibitor shall construct its exhibits to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and shall ensure the provision of auxiliary aids and services for its staff or attendees to enable effective communication with disabled Event participants.
The Organizer reserves the right to use, without compensation, all photographs, films, interviews, and voice recordings introducing the Event participants.
You acknowledge Red Hat or its designee may take your temperature, or perform other appropriate tests in Red Hat’s discretion which are designed to protect the health and safety of Event participants.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Emerald, using its sole discretion, may cancel the Event in advance of the start of, or during, the Event for the safety and security of the Event participants without an obligation to refund any payments made by Exhibitor.
Contractor is strictly prohibited from collecting health insurance information from Event participants with the intention of independently submitting health insurance claims for vaccine administration fees.
The Hirer is responsible for the supervision and control of Event participants, officials, visitors and spectators.
I acknowledge and agree that it is prohibited for any unmanned aerial system (more commonly known as a “drone”) to be flown above the Event course at any time during the Event, or while Event participants, either immediately before or after the Event, are in the vicinity of the Event course.
You understand and agree that the Event organizer reserves the right to cancel the Event in the event of weather (including, but not limited to, heat, tornadoes, earthquakes, fires, storms, lightning and floods), accidents, acts of war or terrorism, military conflicts or riots or for any reason that would affect the safety and security of Event participants and spectators.
