Event parking definition

Event parking means parking for which fees are charged
Event parking means parking for which fees are charged outside of the rates normally charged for hourly or other periodic parking, or of the rates specified in any sign that may be posted on the commercial parking lot under section 2(1) of this act.

Examples of Event parking in a sentence

  • Event parking in Lots 002 and 003 is limited to 16 spaces and spaces are $4 per space used.

  • Event parking may be provided at any city-operated lot or building at the rate of $3.00 per vehicle.

  • Event Revenues shall include but not be limited to: Event ticket sales, Event camping registration fees, a portion of participant fees from the sporting events, Event alcohol sales, sponsorship sales, Event parking fees, Event merchandise sales, and any other revenue generated from the Event, as set forth in Exhibit A and Exhibit B.

  • Special Event parking passes are available at the regular parking rate.

  • TBF will provide a shuttle bus system from the Site to all designated Event parking areas within the Town, including the Leased Property.

  • The establishment of Accessory Special Event Parking Permits for Special Event parking addresses the integrity of private property use for parking in areas that were not originally designed or intended for Special Event parking and the improper use of private property for parking, traffic problems created by cash handling at the parking lot, and litter problems created by a lot operator’s failure to properly administer the lot and adjacent area after the Special Event.

  • Where appropriate, the Market is authorized and responsible to arrange for the towing of vehicles violating the posted Event parking restrictions.

  • The Traffic Management Plan shall be modified to include the parking measures required by Department of Public Works staff, and making arrangements for Special Event parking.

  • Based on the Special Event parking arrangement submitted, approximately 52 additional parking will be added.

  • Event parking fees can be established based on market rate conditions.

Related to Event parking

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;

  • Office Building (Premises), means a building or premises or part thereof whose sole or principal use is for an office or for office purposes or clerical work. "Office purposes" includes the purpose of administration, clerical work, handling money, telephone, telegraph and computer operation; and "clerical work" includes writing, book-keeping, sorting papers typing, filing, duplicating, punching cards or tapes, machines calculations, drawing of matter for publication and editorial preparation of matter for publication.

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Landing area means that part of a movement area intended for the landing or take-off of aircraft;

  • bicycle parking space means an area used for parking or storing a bicycle;

  • Parking Structure means a Building, or any part thereof, principally used for the parking of motor vehicles;

  • Underground area means an underground room, such as a basement, cellar, shaft or vault, providing enough space for physical inspection of the exterior of the tank situated on or above the surface of the floor.

  • Basement means any area of the building having its floor subgrade (below ground level) on all sides.

  • Residential Floor Area means all of the square footage of living area within the perimeter of a residential structure, not including any carport, walkway, garage, overhang, patio, enclosed patio, or similar area. The determination of Residential Floor Area shall be made by reference to the building permit(s) issued for such Assessor’s Parcel.

  • bicycle parking space – visitor means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • Condominium unit A Single Family Property within a Condominium Project.

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Underground tank means a device meeting the definition of tank whose entire surface area is totally below the surface of and covered by the ground.

  • Parking None unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES"); and None reserved vehicle parking spaces ("RESERVED PARKING SPACES"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)

  • Water surface elevation means the height, in relation to the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, where specified, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.

  • apartment building means a residential use building, or the residential use portion of a mixed-use building, other than a townhouse or stacked townhouse containing four or more dwelling units each of which shall have access to above grade common halls, stairs, elevators, and yards;

  • Water Surface Elevation (WSE means the height, in relation to NAVD 1988, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and as a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (County of Denbighshire) Order 2004 and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”.

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • bicycle parking space – occupant means an area that is equipped with a bicycle rack or locker for the purpose of parking and securing bicycles, and:

  • Acre-foot means the amount of water necessary to cover one acre of land to the depth of one foot, or 325,851 U.S. gallons of water.
