Event Outside of our Control definition

Event Outside of our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks. "Harbour" shall include a yacht harbour, marina, mooring or any other facility for launching, navigating, mooring or berthing a Vessel.
Event Outside of our Control means an event which is beyond our reasonable control. Please bear in mind that this includes any resurgence of the Coronavirus Covid-19 pandemic, and any imposition of associated national or local restrictions.

  • For example, due to internal system problems or those of a third party, or an Event Outside of our Control.

  • Orders placed on our Website are fulfilled within the estimated delivery period set out in your Shipping Confirmation, unless there is an Event Outside of our Control (as defined in Section 14 below).

  • Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond WRAS’s reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks [or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;

  • person resident outside India means a person who is not resident in India;

  • Major transit investment corridor means public transit service that uses or occupies:

  • border control means the control of persons carried out at a border in response exclusively to an intention to cross or the act of crossing that border, regardless of any other consideration, consisting of border checks at border crossing points and border surveillance between border crossing points;

  • Benchmark Transition Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events with respect to the then-current Benchmark:
