Event officials definition

Event officials means those individuals assigned to carry out the duties of an event inspector, assistant event inspector, inspector, referee, timekeeper, judge, or ringside physician as established by this chapter.
Event officials means any individuals who are appointed by Bowls NZ, a Centre or Club to positions of responsibility at a National Event including, but not limited to, volunteers, employees, officers, umpires and the Tournament Director at which a National Event is being held.
Event officials means all individuals appointed by the WGMA or the Host to officiate in any capacity at, or in relation to, the Event.

  • The Competitor and its Team Members must respect the instructions of DSE, FIM Officials & Event Officials, at all times during the Events.

  • If an inspection proves a protested vehicle to be out of its proper class or compliance, fees will be refunded, less expenses, and the non-compliant entry will be subject to action as the Event Officials or Technical Department may impose, including possible disqualification, fines, suspension, and/or revocation of competition privileges.

Student Data shall constitute Pupil Records for the purposes of this Agreement, and for the purposes of Wisconsin and federal laws and regulations. Student Data as specified in Exhibit “B” is confirmed to be collected or processed by the Provider pursuant to the Services. Student Data shall not constitute that information that has been anonymized or deidentified, or anonymous usage data regarding a student’s use of Provider’s services. SDPC (The Student Data Privacy Consortium): Refers to the national collaborative of schools, districts, regional, territories and state agencies, policy makers, trade organizations and marketplace providers addressing real-world, adaptable, and implementable solutions to growing data privacy concerns.

  • Development Officer means the Development Officer appointed by the Council of the Municipality.

  • Enforcement Officer means a person authorised to carry out enforcement duties under Chapter 3 of the 2009 Act;
