Event Date definition

Event Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).

• All trash, food supplies, decorations and any other materials brought into the Venue by Licensee or his/her guests, agents, event vendors or employees must be removed by 12pm EDT on the date immediately following the Event Date.
