Evaluation Version. If this Software is identified as a demonstration, evaluation, or NFR version, you may use it only for the purpose of commercial evaluation and demonstration. You may not use it for competitive analysis, or commercial, professional, or for-profit purposes. Backup Copy: Regardless of which version of the Software you have acquired, you may make one archival (backup) copy of the Software. Such archival copy may not be installed on another computer, unless such computer is a partitioned drive of a server to which only the authorized user has access. Evaluation Version means a version of the Software, so identified, to be used only to review, demonstrate and evaluate the Software. The Evaluation Version may have limited features and will cease operating after a predetermined amount of either time or use due to an internal mechanism within the Evaluation Version unless you qualify for and receive a license key file from IPRO.
Evaluation Version means use of the Product without a License File. An Evaluation Version is a fully functional version of the Product except the results produced will include an Aspose watermark or a feature limitation, specified by the Product documentation.

Evaluation Version means a version of the Solution to be used only to review, demonstrate and evaluate the Solution. You may only use the Evaluation Version for fourteen (14) days from the date you activate and/or register via the Product Key or otherwise, unless otherwise specified by TCG Digital in the Documentation or a separate writing from TCG Digital (“Evaluation Period”). Unless you pay the applicable license fee for the Software (and TCG Digital issues you a Product Key in exchange), the Evaluation Version Software may become inoperable and, in any event, your right to use the Evaluation Version Software automatically expires at the end of the Evaluation Period. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Evaluation Version Software is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. TCG Digital may terminate your license to the Evaluation Version Software upon written notice at any time for any reason and without liability of any kind. IF YOU SUBSEQUENTLY LICENSE A NON-EVALUATION VERSION OF THE SOFTWARE, YOUR LICENSE TO THE EVALUATION VERSION SOFTWARE SHALL IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE AND YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT, UNLESS YOU HAVE A SEPARATE SIGNED LICENSE AGREEMENT GOVERNING YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, THIS AGREEMENT, AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREIN, SHALL GOVERN YOUR USE OF SUCH NON-EVALUATION VERSION.
Evaluation Version means the evaluation version of the Software described in clause 2.1(b).
Evaluation Version means a copy of an Authorized Licensee Implementation that Licensee licenses only for testing and evaluation purposes for the relevant limited time period under the foregoing (e), and that technologically enforces such time limitation as described in the foregoing (f).
Evaluation Version means a version of computer software and any related Documentation that is given for a limited period of time so a potential purchaser may determine whether it is suitable for its needs.
