Evaluation Unit definition

Evaluation Unit means the operationally independent evaluation unit to be established by the Board pursuant to paragraph 60 of the Governing Instrument;
Evaluation Unit means, a Device delivered by CCSI prior to the date hereof or during the Initial Transition under a program where an evaluator pays * for the use over a limited time period (normally 30-60 days) of such Device and * Calibration Standards, but only if such Device is not ultimately sold to or placed with the evaluator.
Evaluation Unit means an Internal Evaluation Unit or an External Evaluation Unit.

  • The Independent Evaluation Unit may, upon mutual agreement between the Accredited Entity and the Fund, undertake, in cooperation with the Accredited Entity, evaluability assessments as well as impact evaluations at different stages of implementation of a Funded Activity, costs of which will be borne by the Fund.

  • Evaluating Company shall pay to Nexcelom, on demand, the cost of any repairs necessary to return the Evaluation Unit to good operating order and appearance.

  • Evaluating Company may relocate the Evaluation Unit from the premises where originally installed subject to Nexcelom’s approval which shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Related to Evaluation Unit

  • Evaluation means an appraisal of an individual’s professional performance in relation to his or her job description and professional standards and based on, when applicable, the individual’s evaluation rubric.

  • Evaluation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(s).

  • Evaluation Team means the team appointed by the City; “Information Meeting” has the meaning set out in section 2.2;

  • Evaluation Report means a report on the evaluation of tenders prepared under CSO 12

  • Evaluation Committee means a body appointed to perform the evaluation of Offerors’ proposals.

  • Evaluation Committee Report means a report prepared by the Procurement Manager and the Evaluation Committee for contract award. It will contain written determinations resulting from the procurement.

  • Evaluation Material shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 6.3(a).

  • Performance Report has the meaning set out in clause 8.2;

  • Commissioning Period means, with respect to each Subproject, the period commencing upon the first delivery of Feed Gas to the Subproject in accordance with Sections 4.8 and 11.1 of the Agreement continuing through achievement of RFSU, commissioning, Start Up, Performance Testing and achievement of Substantial Completion for such Subproject.

  • independent review committee means the independent review committee of the investment fund established under National Instrument 81-107 Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds;

  • Own risk and solvency assessment means a confidential internal assessment, appropriate to the nature, scale, and complexity of an insurer or insurance group, conducted by that insurer or insurance group of the material and relevant risks associated with the insurer or insurance group's current business plan, and the sufficiency of capital resources to support those risks.

  • Valuation Time means the close of business in the city of the Valuation Agent on the Local Business Day before the Valuation Date or date of calculation, as applicable, provided that the calculations of Value and Exposure will be made as of approximately the same time on the same date.
