Evaluation reports definition

Evaluation reports means any additional reports that identify the outcomes that have been achieved. This may include user surveys, feedback/comments from individual users or end of project reports.
Evaluation reports means the Biannual Evaluation Summaries, Annual Evaluation Reports and Final Evaluation Reports.

  • Compliance Statement is that certain statement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
